Mr. Totty was a Wall Street Analyst for 25 years covering the building industry among others and has been a homebuilder of new homes in the Southeast since 2015.  Home inspection services were a natural fit for us given our experience in the industry and the growing need in Florida.

We are licensed by the State of Florida through the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI). We also have an Insurance Adjuster's License and a FAA PART 107 - Remote Pilot Certificate to perform drone roof inspections and take aerial photographs or videos. Our inspection certifications include Residential, Commercial, Wind Mitigation, 4-Point, Thermal Imaging, Pool & Spa, Radon, Mold, and Asbestos.
